Shipping is a flat rate of $4.50. Please contact us regarding
special packaging and/or gift wrapping.

Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please note: each
handmade piece of jewelry is crafted using natural elements which
may result in a look that slightly varies from the photograph. We do
honor an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. (Sorry,
this does not apply to custom orders and shipping charges are non
refundable.) We will accept returns on any jewelry piece returned in
its original condition.

Please contact Dana J. Designs at dana@danajdesigns.com and
request a return authorization number. Then rewrap and mail back
your order with the original invoice, and we will promptly process
your request. Please keep in mind this may take a couple billing
cycles to show up on your statement. We will make the refund to the
same card used to make the purchase.

Please be assured we will not share your contact information with
anyone. We take your privacy very seriously and any information
provided to Dana J. Designs will not be shared with third parties.
